Are your products waterproof?
Every product we add to our collection, or any material used in our creations, is tested by being submerged in water for 24 hours to check for any changes.
However, we cannot guarantee durability if the jewellery comes into contact with perfume, sweat, or other substances that may affect the material.
Where are your products made?
All our pieces are lovingly assembled in Switzerland. Our materials come from all over the world — for example, our freshwater pearls are sourced from Denmark,
while other components come from Switzerland, Germany, various parts of Asia, including China, and more.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful for as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:
- Avoid sprays, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals (such as dish detergent) near your jewellery, as they can cause tarnishing.
- Keep jewellery stored separately from other pieces, in a cool, dry place, using jewellery boxes or pouches.
- Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, going to bed, or doing any rigorous exercise that may cause sweating.
- If jewellery looks dull, gently polish it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Put jewellery on after clothes and makeup are applied, and remove it before taking clothes off.
- Avoid layering or overlapping jewellery when storing or wearing it.
Is gold-plated jewellery more delicate than stainless steel?
Yes, gold-plated jewellery is more delicate and can be prone to discoloration or peeling, especially if scratches are present.
To prolong its appearance, handle it with care and follow our jewellery care instructions.
What is included in my package?
Each product is securely shipped in a padded envelope. Inside, you will find a protective pouch containing your jewellery, along with a care guide and a soft polishing cloth.
Do you offer any special deals or promotions?
Yes! We regularly offer discounts, seasonal sales, and exclusive promotions. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
What should I do if my jewellery is damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 calendar days by email, including photos of the item. We will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Do you offer repairs if something breaks? What is covered?
We offer repair services for most products. Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty, while accidental damage may incur a small repair fee. Please contact us for details.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and most parts of the EU.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within Europe usually takes 3 weeks, and up to a maximum of 4 weeks, due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
International orders may take 3–5 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services.
Can I return my item?
We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged.
What if I want a combination (e.g., of charms) that does not currently exist?
We are happy to discuss custom combinations. Simply email us with your idea, and we will do our best to create it for you.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Contact us with your specifications, and our design team will work with you to bring your vision to life, if possible. Please note that additional costs may apply.
