9. Rückgabe & Umtausch / Returns & Exchanges

Wir bieten keine Rückgabe für gekaufte Produkte, da es sich um individuell angefertigte Produkte handelt.
Umtausch nur bei beschädigter oder falscher Lieferung möglich (Meldung ebenfalls innerhalb von 5 Tagen).
We do not offer returns for purchased products, since the products are being individually produced.
Exchanges only for damaged or wrong items (report within 5 days).
