Jewellery Repair Service:
We offer a repair service for necklaces, bracelets, and anklets purchased from us. Has your bracelet snapped? Is your clasp broken? Have your charms fallen off? Simply add this service to your shopping cart and select the option you need. If your jewellery has another issue, please contact us – we will review your request and get back to you.
Please note:

• You are responsible for the shipping costs when sending your jewellery to us.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by postal or courier services during transit.
• We aim to repair your jewellery within 4 weeks, if possible. If a repair is not feasible, you will receive a refund of the service fee (excluding shipping costs).
• If the repair cost exceeds the base service fee, we will contact you by email before proceeding.
• Loss of charms or any other components from the originally purchased product is not covered by this service. If you wish to have missing parts replaced during the repair, this will incur an additional charge.
